Can I Have an Additional Attempt to Answer Questions? (Redos and Extra Attempts)

Modified on Mon, 3 Jun at 1:55 PM

Filling out application forms and answering interview questions can be stressful, causing us to sometimes miss important details or lose our concentration.

If you encountered any of the following situations during your process and wonder whether you could be given an additional attempt, read on:

  • I’m not satisfied with my answers.
  • I want to start over and redo everything.
  • I was distracted and missed a question.
  • I ran out of time or ran out of attempts.
  • I clicked Next or Submit by accident.
  • My recording failed.
  • My internet froze.
  • I got disconnected.

In general, redos are granted for questions or pages where the issue is outside the applicant’s control. It is the hiring organization that decides whether or not a redo can be granted

If you encountered technical issues or were affected by things outside of your control, you can inform the Hiringplatform.com support team to see if a redo can be allowed for the affected questions.
