Camera and Microphone Issues on Mobile

When accessing a pre-recorded interview or live interview on Hiringplatform.com, make sure to give the web page access to your camera and microphone. When you see the system pop-up, select "Allow".

We recommend testing your equipment before starting your application.

If you accidentally select "Cancel" or "Block", just refresh your browser page. You’ll be asked again to allow access to your camera and microphone.


If you still have issues using the camera and microphone, make sure you are using the latest version of one of these supported browsers:

  • iPhone: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera
  • Android: Chrome, Firefox

If you are using a VPN for your phone, we recommend turning it off so that it does not block access to your camera and microphone.
