How Do I Share My Screen During a Live Video Interview?

The option to share your screen during a live interview is only available to participants using a computer. If you must share your screen during the interview, access the interview link from a computer and not a mobile device.

To share your screen in the live video interview room, go to the Menu tab in the top right of your screen and select Share your screen.

If you have two screens or more, select Entire Screen, choose the screen containing the content you want to present, and then select Share. If your presentation contains audio, toggle the slider button on to Also share system audio.

If you have only one screen, select Window, choose the window containing the content you want to present, and then select Share. Note that to share audio, you must share a browser tab or screen instead.

If you want to present content from a browser tab containing audio, select Chrome Tab, choose the tab, turn on Also share tab audio, and select Share.

When sharing from your only screen, place the interview browser tab and the window you are presenting side by side on your screen as shown below. This will allow you to see and control both applications.

While presenting, you can adjust the size and position of the video feed of the interview participants so it doesn't block your view. Once done presenting, select Stop sharing your screen.
