Getting Back on Track:
- Use the original link: You can reaccess your interview by clicking the link in your invitation email or following the steps you used to start it initially.
- Resume where you left off: If you were disconnected between questions, you can pick up right where you left off. Your previous answers are already saved.
- Disconnected mid-question? Your answer was likely submitted. Unfortunately, you can't go back and edit it. We recommend completing the rest of the interview questions and then contacting the Hiringplatform.com support team to inform them of the technical issue you encountered and which recording was affected.
At any point in the troubleshooting, it’s a good idea to test your internet speed, microphone, and camera with this simple tech check tool. If you still have a slow or unstable internet connection, try these:
- Use a computer instead of a mobile device.
- Use a cable connection instead of Wi-Fi.
- Use a personal computer instead of a work computer.
- Don’t use a VPN.
