I Got Disconnected During My Live Interview

Getting disconnected is usually caused by an unstable internet connection. In most cases, you can refresh your browser page to reset the connection and continue your interview.

If the problem persists, try each of the following steps in order:

  1. Refresh the browser page.
  2. Close any other applications using video or audio, then refresh your browser page.
  3. Restart the browser and access your invitation link once again.
  4. Restart your device and access your invitation link once again.
  5. Using your phone, call the dial-in number and PIN included in your interview invitation email to join the interview via telephone.
  6. Contact the hiring organization to inform them that you are having trouble joining. Their contact information may be in your invitation email or on their organization's website or career page.
