In rare situations, you may encounter error codes 500, 502, or 503. These errors are generally related to servers but can also be due to internet connectivity issues.

Here is what you can do in each case:

500 Internal Server Error:

Description: The server has encountered an internal problem processing the request.

Root Cause: Server/Database load over thresholds or web application bug.

Troubleshooting: If this is caused by intermittent server load issues, the first action to take is to ensure your internet connection is stable and then to try the action again. You can refresh your browser page and even close and reopen your browser.

If the error persists, contact our support team for assistance.

502 Bad Gateway:

Description: The server accepting the client's request is not receiving a response from a server further down the chain.

Root Cause: Server/Database load over thresholds or proxy issues.

Troubleshooting: First, determine whether or not your internet connection is using a proxy. To check this, open your computer’s Settings menu and go to Network & Internet

Then, select Proxy and turn Off the option to use a proxy server.

Retry connecting to the application page to see if you now have access. You may need to refresh your browser page or restart your browser before you can connect to the page. If you cannot change the proxy setting because you are on a work device, try accessing your application link from a personal device on a personal network.

If the error persists, contact our support team for assistance.

503 Service Unavailable:

Description: The server is not responding to requests from the client.

Root Cause: The server is busy or offline or there is a configuration issue. This is usually a temporary situation.

Troubleshooting: After waiting a little while, attempt the action again. It may help to refresh your browser page or even restart the browser. Of course, make sure your internet connection is strong by connecting to other sites or by doing an internet speed test (https://www.speedtest.net/).

If the error persists, contact our support team for assistance.
